At Manikanta Surya Ayurvedic (MSA), we are committed to providing high-quality Ayurvedic herbal products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received a defective product.
- You received an incorrect product.
- The product was damaged during transit.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The product must be:
- Unused and unopened.
- In its original packaging.
- Returned with the original invoice or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used products.
- Products with damaged or missing original packaging.
- Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse by the customer.
- Products returned after the eligible return period.
- Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable).
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us process your request quickly, please provide:
- Order Number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the outer packaging
- A brief description of the issue
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- The refund may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your order was paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), we may request your bank account details to process the refund.
5. Replacement Policy
Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded if:
- The product is defective.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The item was damaged during shipping.
Replacement requests are subject to product availability.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, if the product qualifies under our Return Policy, you may request a return after delivery.
7. Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- If a return is approved for any other eligible reason, return shipping charges may be the customer’s responsibility.
8. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may not be issued if:
- The product has been opened or used.
- The return request does not meet the eligibility criteria.
- Insufficient evidence is provided for damaged or incorrect products.
- The product is returned without its original packaging.
