At Manikanta Surya Ayurvedic (MSA), we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we process and deliver your purchases.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship our products across India.

At this time, international shipping is not available. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Andhra Pradesh & Telangana: 2–4 business days
  • South India: 3–6 business days
  • Rest of India: 4–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen delays.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping on eligible orders as part of promotional campaigns.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (where available), allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.


6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order to the shipping address provided.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address,
  • The recipient being unavailable, or
  • Failure to respond to courier communication,

the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with:

  • Do not accept the package if it is visibly damaged.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share your order number and clear photographs of the package and product to help us investigate the issue.

We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and other details are accurate when placing an order.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.


9. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Courier service delays
  • Government restrictions or emergencies
